Service for our Products

Apart from desk manufacturing, the scope of our activities also includes chair finishes. Purchased from our suppliers and modified in our facilities, desks can be optionally completed with chairs in matching colour and finish.

Handling and Care

• do not clean with chemical solvents (such as acetone, benzine etc.)
• the furniture must not be readily exposed to splash water; do not place in a damp or very dry environment (as is often the case for new construction!)
• do not place hot or heavy objects on the desk board, or objects or materials that may stain the furniture by way of chemical reaction
• do not expose the furniture to direct sunlight (colour may bleach)
• clean dust off wooden surfaces with a soft dry cloth. Clean more resistant dirt according to usage instructions provided with cleaning agents for wooden furniture
• the desks are intended for interior use at relative humidity of 25-65% and temperature between 18 and 25 degree Celsius

Complaints

• warranty period is 24 months.
• for a claim to be valid, the manufacturer label which also contains shipment data must not be damaged or removed
• any faults in purchased product can be claimed immediately on handover or within the warranty period
• the warranty does not cover damage as a result of customer's own transport, improper assembly and damage from use in a damp or chemically aggressive environment
• the warranty further does not cover wear and tear from regular use
• for desks with a glass plate, no claims are accepted concerning cracks in glass or split glass around the edges
• complaints are to be made at the place of purchase

Frequently Asked Questions

• How to get chairs in matching colour to go with the desks?
  We also do surface finish of chairs. The staining techniques used are the same as for desks.
• Why are the desk board and legs in different hues?
  The legs are of solid wood whereas the desk board may be in veneer. The veneer is steam processed, hence a darker colouration occurs.
• What about the desk supply packagings?
  The desks and tables are supplied semi-assembled, with the desk board and frame already fitted together. The customer only needs to attach the legs by following the instructions provided.
• Can we check the desks out in your facility?
  There is a showroom with desks on display in our facility in Prievidza, Slovakia. Desks and chairs can be ordered or in case of desks if in stock, bought right away.

  Opening hours for the showroom in Prievidza are workdays from 07:00 to 15:00
• What are the delivery periods?
  For standard sizes and finish options, the delivery period is about 4 weeks.
  For non-standard sizes, allow for about 6 weeks.
• I would need a different table size
  Some types of tables can also be made in other sizes specified by customer. We will notify you accordingly where this not possible for technical design reasons.
